Yet another baby born in our dispensary - the
eight one this month. Nurse Leon Kimathi helped deliver baby Lokoiya
Hassan. Congratulations to mother Susan Lanyei and father Jose Hassan.
Our medical dispensary saw 502 outpatients in
March 2013. In addition, we gave out 99 immunizations in our Child
Welfare Clinic, had 17 antenatal patients and 25 postnatal patients, and
assisted in 23 family planning cases. Our Malnutrition clinic had zero
severe malnutrition cases, and we treated 97 cases of moderate
malnutrition of which 9 children became well enough to leave the program
this month. Lastly, we delivered ten babies. Good job nurses and lab
tech!
